    I had a new roof installed by M&S Roofing & Contracting, Inc. The initial estimator, Christopher, was knowledgeable and personable. He sent a link allowing me to pick the color of the new roof. The installers were experienced and cleaned up every piece of material when finished. The roof took one day to complete and it was clear that they paid attention to every detail and took every necessary step to ensure that the roof would not leak in joints and chimney areas. The roof was priced fairly, is guaranteed and it's clear that quality materials were used. I am completely satisfied with M&S Roofing & Contracting, Inc. and will definitely consider them first with any other contracting need I might have in the future.

    The old roof removal and new roof installation was completed as outlined in the contract and as per the original survey meeting. The project was completed in one and a half days to our satisfaction. A job well done, Thank you.

    Prompt return of our calls and e-mails; and Chris was very flexible with us as we dealt with insurance setbacks. He and his crew did the job efficiently and gave plenty of options on roofing options. Would definitely use M&S again!

    Chris, the project manager, was able to get me the shingles I wanted, which another roofer said were no longer available. He also readily made changes that I asked for in the details of the original estimate. Throughout much of the work, he was on site helping. The crew themselves were very polite and quiet, and they worked diligently. For these and other reasons, I recommend M&S roofing.

    As a homeowner the things I watch out for is (in order!) price trust, communication, time management & courtesy Relating to cleanliness of the job around the house. Chris and Doug exceeded my priorities where I have trust and faith and contractors once again! It was the smoothest transition and I had zero complaints. Thanking them once again for a systematic job well done! I love my new replaced roof!
