    We drove a U-Haul trailer from out of state and returned it to Lower Mac Self Storage. Peggy was so friendly & helpful with the whole process. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the truck & trailer rentals. We are not very experienced with pulling a trailer & we felt very thankful to have her assistance.

    I rented a uhaul online for pickup at LMSS. Oftentimes that can be a burden, but this time, things were awesome! My rental experience was quick and easy! LMSS staff was attentive and efficient. All of the processes were explained and my move went great! They also gave me a baggie of sweets for the trip!

    Decent place. Short-staffed like many places are these days. People are nice but it takes a lot of phone calls to get things done. Rented a unit and a truck. Truck and close out of the unit were the only challenging parts of dealing with the business. I did see lots of tailgating every time I was there where people snuck in when the gate was open, but we personally never had any security issues.
