The Tranquility ATN is brief is the most comfortable I've ever worn. The Abena Abri-Form M4 with plastic backing is comparable but begins to feel "clammy" next to skin after about two hours. The MegaMax doesn't feel that comfortable either since it is bulkier and has a bit of a coarse interior. Not so with the ATN brief. The skin friendly "peach mat" inside the diaper is antibacterial according to the manufacturer and it really does a superb job. I understand it also neutralizes the pH of liquid waste and so less potentially erosive to the skin and no noticeable odor to speak of. This diaper is billed for 8 hours of wear if unsoiled but can easily be worn for 12 hours if not significantly soiled. It really helps with overflow urinary incontinence, a constant low-level trickle which I have to deal with. This really helps when you are on a tight budget since a pack of the 10 briefs is only about $17 dollars with LL Medico's fantastic prices and free shipping. It usually only takes two days for free delivery after placing and order! For two 12-hour briefs, that's only about $3.40 per day. You can't beat that!
