I was picking up an envelope for my sister who had called the general# for how to do this, so we were ready w necessary id, etc. But after the conversation she thought it wouldn't go smoothly. However, it did & I wish I got the woman's name, bc she's a keeper! Please share this compliment with her. Thanks!

(January 29, 2019, 8:37 pm)For personal reasons, I could not wait for the standard delivery to my house, so I had the package put on hold at the facility for pickup by me. When I got there, there was only one person ahead of me in line, and I was waited on within 2 minutes. The associate behind the counter was polite, friendly, helpful, and quick to locate my package and bring it to the front desk. I showed my ID, signed the screen, and I was out the door. It was all very efficient and there were no problems at all.
