I have been a client of Attorney Scott Levensten and the Levensten Law Firm for nearly 5 years as a litigant in the Testosterone MDL Cases and I want everyone to know, who is looking to retain an attorney in a medical/pharmaceutical case, that Levensten Law Firm is where you should look. I assisted my boss dealing with the Levensten Law Firm in pursuit of the multi-jurisdictional litigation in the Actos pharmaceutical actions. Actos caused bladder cancer in him, and he ultimately had to have his bladder and prostate removed. He is recovering well now. The Levensten law firm took the lead in this matter. Scott Levensten was in regular contact with us, and provided understandable and detailed information about this process.

Cody Greenes is a young bright lawyer in the firm who was our contact person, along with Gina in the firm, and their empathy for my boss and his condition was very touching, even though we are a thousand miles apart in Illinois. I knew that they understood the pain that they were dealing representing their many clients who had suffered cancer from treating their diabetes with this little pill.

Cody was especially involved through the latter part of the litigation and settlement process.
