This company is an absolute godsend. I cannot say enough about their work product and professionalism. Our laundry is picked and dropped off with 24 hours. Beautifully folded and ready to be put away. Their prices are so reasonable and I get time back in my life not worrying about the never ending laundry struggle! If you’re on the fence, do it!!!!

These guys are awesome! For health reasons, it is difficult for me to get to the laundromat, and I wasn’t sure I could find a service to take care of my comforter, many blankets, etc., let alone our regular laundry. Lessen The Loads is the answer to my prayers! Professional, responds in a timely manner, and our laundry looks fabulous!!!! Love the idea of this amazing company. The owners are great, responsive and non judgmental about the laundry or disorganization that can happen with a family. They truly help us stay on track. There are some folders that are better than others, but all are so kind and helpful. We had a lot of change over this winter due to various reasons, but they are assuring us we will settle into a pattern soon. We like them so much that we trust and will continue to use them.

I starting using their pickup and drop off laundry services while undergoing treatment for health concerns. You literally put the laundry outside and it is returned clean and beautifully folded (usually in under 24 hours)!
