(September 16, 2021, 10:11 am)Hands down, I have to give Lavender & Lace a great review. I've been shopping here for 25 years. I have never had a problem. Whoever I speak to or when I go in the shop, they are always helpful and pretty much know what I need as I'm explaining. The only problem I ever had was when I needed something for a wedding and the date was Mother's Day weekend. That date is hard for everyone, not just Lavender and Lace. I read a review from Scarlett Zee and I don't know where that came from. I believe Ms. Scarlett, in planning her event, was overwhelmed. You ever meet someone and they're having a bad day and the first person they see, they let them have it. Her review spoke anger, not facts. I look forward to my return to Lavender and Lace. There are so many hidden treasures inside the gift shop, you have to come in and see. Folks need to be more considerate of people in the business of service. We are not privileged. The calendar last month read "Be like a Pineapple, stand tall, wear a crown and be kind". That says it all.
