My elderly father’s stay has been great-the nurses and staff are very caring, available and helpful. I feel safe leaving him after a visit, and he says he feels safe and cared for there.

Care for my loved ones is important to me. My grandmother speaks highly of her comfort and the staff. My time spent during visits is mostly clean kept and pleasant. No immediate issues or concerns.

I went to Laurel Brook today for an interview so let me telling you about that experience. First the human resources lady. She was HUMAN didn't ask the same boring interview question she asked about me and my family we laughed and I felt so comfortable. That I asked to see the place and she jumped up gave me a different mask and some glasses and said let's hit it. We went around everyone was nice place didn't smell like some of these other places I've been or like some hospitals we seen the administrator and director of nursing director I didn't know it was them cause they were out rounding the building talking to the patients again not like others building. I hope to get a call back from them so I can be part of their team
