I always used to buy my cars from the lot. I got tired of not getting what I wanted. I found out that you could order a car from the manufacturer through a dealership. I went to Chapman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and worked with salesman Kevin Bloomfield.
I asked what the process would be to order a car from the manufacturer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process. Listened to how I wanted my vehicle built. He went over it with me to make sure it was perfect. He explained, I would get notified when the VIN number was created, usually 4 weeks from order date. Once the VIN number is created, I would get regular updates on the building process.
He made sure I was updated as soon as there was any new information on the vehicle.
There was no credit check, no money down, just put in the order and talk money when it was delivered.
The finance department was amazing as well. Very down to earth, not trying to push me out the door. She took the time to go over all my options with me. I will always order from manufacturer and from Chapman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Horsham!!!

If you’re looking for a place with good inventory, contact Reuben Guntipally at Chapman in Horsham, PA. I drove about an hour and a half and it was worth it. The entire staff was friendly and hassle free. Their lot is a spectacle as well; TRXs, Demons, Hellcats and about 600 392 Jeeps LOL.

Reuben was an excellent, knowledgeable salesman. From the way he carried himself from the beginning, I never would have guessed his age. Very professional and humble.

I didn’t jot down their names but the internet sales guy, sales manager and finance manager were all excellent as well.
