Great place unfortunately the employees are over worked

Had a great experience with Kowall. Had an older electric panel that had water finding its way in, and they were very quick to diagnose and fix the issue in an extremely friendly and informative way. If I have any electrical work or repairs in the future they will always be first on my list.

Excellent service! Impromptu flat tire resealed in 20 minutes for a nominal $15 fee. Great job! 👍

Kowall Electric is by far one of the best companies we have dealt with in some time. From our initial contact to completion, it was outstanding. Greg Kowall promptly came out, evaluated our needs, gave us a fair price and set up a date for service. Greg was professional, thoroughly explained different techniques, advised of various choices and is truly into customer service….something very rare these days! On scheduled day, Mike, Dom and Andrew showed up on time, respected our home (probably even more than we do), did their work in a very timely fashion and couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with. You could tell the Company’s philosophy of outstanding customer service was reiterated with these three gentlemen. We highly recommend Kowall for all your electrical needs. So much so, we are having additional work completed by them in the next week or so.

Greg and his team were excellent. After a scare from PECO about our meter box, we called Kowall Electric because a family member recommended them. Greg answered our call immediately and came out to our house within a few hours. He was professional and reassuring. This company was great! I called them originally to install a new dryer plug box as the old plug box was incompatible. They were at my house within 45 minutes. Very impressive. Since my panels and wiring were all circa 1970’s and neglected for 40 some years, a full inspection was definitely on my mind. Also I needed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They worked steady till all was accomplished. The men were courteous, experienced, clean working, a great team! There’s not one derogatory thing I can think of to say. I feel completely confident in recommending Kowall Electric Co. to anyone needing electrical work done, be it a small or large job. You will not be sorry!

From out of state and here for the weekend I got a screw in my tire and this was the first place I stopped in hopes to get it plugged. The mechanic Jim has me in and out in less than 3 minutes. Thanks for the great and fast experience!
