Stayed at the Glades for a year and I can’t say enough about their maintenance team, especially Jay and Jason. Cashew is going to miss hopping in the golf cart.

Living here has been absolutely amazing! I was very impressed when I first moved in to see my beautiful, brand new apartment with fully updated appliances. The maintenance team is always super helpful if there is ever any issues, and they do an amazing job with the landscaping around the community as well (especially when the winter snow comes around!) All in all, I’m very happy to have leased here and enjoy the community as much as I have this last year. The pool in the summer was excellent, and having such nice areas to walk and run around in has been great too.

As a local, moving into the Glades was a major upgrade. Ultimately many people share a common goal; to move into a clean, quiet family oriented neighborhood. We moved into the new apartments as they were still being made, and watching the progress was great. So much effort was put into these to ensure that the neighborhood looks pristine and immensely comfortable. The community team has always remained vigilant with mitigating concerns and conducting repairs, they treat you like they've known you for years which makes it a really great place to live. The ONLY downside, is in the end there are SOME individuals who are menaces to society and end up in these great neighborhoods who come to ruin it for others. I still have faith that the community team will stay on top of these individuals and put them in check when the time comes. There is an issue with people parking on the street, partially blocking driveways and making blindspots for potential accidents but I believe these will be looked into when an accident actually happens. Bottom line, awesome neighborhood, great neighbors, great community team, with few to little issues that can be fixed over time.
