Worship based on what the Bible teaches not on what a man preaches. Member are not paid a salary to teach. No collections asked for no collection plate passed. Friendly atmosphere

I am so impressed with this UPS, I had to bring in a curved large Samsung monitor, that another UPS didn’t want to help me figure out how to pack. Rob, Shane and xander all pulled their heads together to help me figure out this problem. They all had can do attitudes and I was just really happy they could help me. Thanks UPS team for providing amazing customer service.

I received, efficient, knowledgeable service from Ned. He helped me to seal difficult packaging. Also, this UPS store is always clean even when very busy. It's my go to always!

As a new e-commerce business owner, sending my customers their order in a timely matter matters. Last night I received notification from a customer that she received two packages. I mailed one to NY and one to GA [I have receipts] but UPS mailed both packages to the SAME address. Luckily my customer reached out AND sent me video of her neighbor dropping them off because UPS also sent them to the wrong address!!?? I have to drive all the way to Long Island NY to retrieve the box thst was DAMAGED and expect UPS to replace/repackage my box and ship it next day. Can't believe I have to drive 245 miles, and pay tolls, for their error. Thank God for honest customers. I'm upset and this review reflects that.

Update: Ramona is amazing, understood my frustration and went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you so much!!!!
