Kick Box - Cherry Hill

I waited until after my second class to write a review and this place is amazing! They work you but make sure you are doing it right and at your own pace. I was very intimidated to try something new and im so glad I did! Thank you Kick Box Cherry Hill!

Kick Box Cherry Hill’s staff and program have truly changed my life. 6 months ago, I was convinced that there wasn’t a single program that would help me lose weight, get fit and feel more energized - as most programs say they will. I had tried SO many diets, apps, self-driven programs and read SO many books. I knew most of it was my mindset and motivation, but I also knew I had to do something MORE to get out of the funk I was in and stop making excuses. I had driven by KBCH for over 10 years and decided I would call. I had no idea about the 6wk challenge - just thought maybe learning to kickbox could be something I haven’t tried yet. From meeting Patrick and Heidi on day one, to learning about the transformation that was possible and seeing the results - there are no words to describe the incredible impact this gym has had on me. Even on days when work is too stressful and I can find every excuse in the world to not put the work in, I hear Sasha and Anthony encouraging me every step of the way. At 45 with 2 kids and a sitting job, I have restored my weight and size to where I was at 20 and without a shadow of a doubt I am stronger, healthier and happier than I was then. So much love and gratitude for KBCH.

This place is great! I didn’t expect to enjoy exercising so much until I started kickboxing here. It’s been an amazing experience, and has now become a part of my lifestyle. I beat the challenge and am now a member! The staff is great, and it’s obvious they care about your health and fitness track. The members are welcoming and helpful with newbies. I’m a plus size 29 year old woman that has not exercised since college due to getting bored at the gym, lack of motivation, and shame. 6 weeks ago I saw an ad for the 6 week challenge at Kick Box Cherry Hill and decided to throw myself into it and it was the most life changing process for me! In 6 weeks I not only fell in love with kickboxing and found healthy eating patterns that work for me but I was able to drop 27 lbs! I went from 371lbs to 344 at weigh out! I cried from excitement when seeing what I was capable of doing with support from the King Box Cherry Hill family. Everyone there is so supportive from the trainers to the other customers. At the end of my 6 week challenge I decided to stay because it is the first time ever that I look forward to exercise in the morning! Thank you for helping to motivate me to do what I never thought I could!

Wawa is the best you get free stuff with the mobile app and you can save money on your gasoline as well Wawa is a very good store and they are there whenever you need them $365 days a year

Thanks to your guidance ans support not only am I down 30lbs ans went from wearing a size 14 to a size 8, I am STRONG! My husband broke his foot in September and could not walk. October came so I had to go to storage and get all of our heavy Halloween decorations. When it was time to put them back I did it in less than 10 minutes! He is still recovering so guess who had to take all of the air conditioners out of the windows? ME! I am so proud of what I have accomplished so far and so THANKFUL for everyone at Cherry Hill Kickboxing for getting me here. It’s hard work but I absolutely love it! I crave the workouts now and look forward to every class. Every instructor is challenging a different way- and perfectly motivating. I can’t wait to see what the future brings.

Heidi inspires me! She is the TOUGHEST I think but she disguises the difficulty with a precise playlist that makes you forget the timing and she’s so much fun!

Anthony is very instructive and often reminds us of form, technique and breathing which is helpful he also seems to have similar taste in music as me so his class flys by.

Patrick is efficient. He is skilled at arranging workouts with smart smooth transitions and I mostly appreciate the way he counts down when you are coming to an end of an exercise, it’s different that the other instructors somehow it helps with faster transitions.

All of our coaches are knowledgeable supportive and seem to love what they do, which makes class so much fun!

This has always been my go to Wawa.. all the employees will learn who you are, what good you like, how you like it, and what products you get.. they are very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a corporate owned store, it feels like a local mom & pop store with employees that remember you. Rich always knows exactly what me and my boyfriend need before we even get to the counter, he also always remembers exactly how I like my drink orders made without asking.. just like one of the guys at the food station. They are always well stocked too.. very rarely out of anything I get on a daily basis. And regarding the review about them not making change at the gas pump, that's only the case late at night as they don't keep cash outside and night, which is simply a safety issue! If we lived in any other state we'd have to get out of the car and go in to pay every time so I certainly don't mind having to do it late at night, and that's only if you don't have a debit/ credit card.
