So far Kay jewelers has been wonderful since I bought an engagement ring. We just got done with our 1st inspection. The gentleman there that 1st sold us the ring Was wonderful. He was very patient, And exceeded our expectations.

I’ve lived in multiple states and I’ve been shopping at Kay Jewelers for years and it has always my go to jewelry store. The consistency of quality and customer service is unmatched in my opinion. Today would happen to be the best experience yet. I stopped in to this location to have the watch battery replaced for my upcoming wedding. The gentleman working changed my battery and as he handed it back to me he said congratulations on your wedding this one is on us. This was not expected but certainly appreciated. Kay has always demonstrated excellent customer service but this kind gesture was over the top. I purchased the engagement ring at this location as well. Top notch customer service from this team. I will be seeking out ways to pay it forward to someone else this week.
