He was given such personalized service and all three of these fabulous men were focused on this ring to make sure it was exactly what my son wanted all within design and price. Kudos to Keives, David, and Nick! Thank you! -

I was looking to get them repaired, but KEIVES was honest with me and let me know that the cost-effective option would be to purchase a new chain. They had an excellent inventory that allowed me to find a suitable replacement, and KEIVES did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of the protection plan. He is a shining example of outstanding customer service.

She called the service multiple times, got her manager involved and even went the extra mile and picked up the ring from the service center and met me after the store was closed.
I’ll always purchase my Jewelry from this location and deal with Lauren. She saved the day for me and my fiancé. We thank you!
