My repair took longer than expected due to a safety issue they detected. While I waited for my car, the customer service associates went above and beyond to keep me updated and make me comfortable during that visit.
Otto's made all necessary repairs, used only BMW parts, and now my car runs perfectly!

The last I experienced Heather's level of service was 30 years ago - calling you to go over purposes of service, the diagnoses and what is needed. She is patient, understands the issues and relays them to the mechanic. None of my questions was unanswered. Thank you so much, Heather/Otto's!

Each time that I use Otto’s I am impressed with the professionalism and the attentiveness of each member of the service team’s staff. I always check in with my sales person (Robert Madden) and he also is extremely helpful and always follows up with me to see if I have any questions or if there is something that I might need. Overall experience is excellent !!!

Over the past 50 years, I have watched Otto's grow and thrive under the hands-on management of the Vadasz family, now in its third generation. Operating on the principle of meeting or exceeding expectations, Otto's has earned the industry's highest accolades for customer satisfaction. As recently as this past week, their service department proved once again that my treasured 2003 5 Series could not be in better hands. They get my highest rating.

Absolutely Outstanding!! It was Saturday, 9/10, I’m from Annapolis & I was on my way to my Sister’s wedding at the Concordville Inn - hit a pothole and boom, right front tire sidewall ripped! I was in a panic. I knew I could drive on my run flats; but I also knew i couldn’t drive home on it on I-95. I spoke with Rob at Otto’s and he was the kindest, most caring person. They took care of me in under an hour. I will never forget how much Rob helped me. Owning a BMW is a special experience; but when you have people like Rob in Service, it makes owning a BMW an exceptional experience. All I can say is Thank you Rob and the Service techs that helped me.
