(April 16, 2021, 6:22 am)Katherine Brown has been there for me from the outset 11 years ago. It's why, even though I have moved 30 minutes away, I still go back to her.
I have rarely had to wait long in the waiting room or the examination room to see her, and she always greets me with a genuine smile. I don't feel like "just another patient".
With her very compassionate, unrushed style, she has given me enthusiastic input concerning my health. She notices fluctuations in my chart and addresses them.
Along the way she has remembered the little things I struggle with, and followed up on my ongoing concerns, giving excellent health advice and excellent specialist referrals.
She honors my personal choice, and yet urges me to get the examinations I need. If she didn't, she wouldn't be responsible. Yet I feel respected as an individual.
I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to be treated as a human being in this computerized, busy world.
