Do not hesitate to do business with JWS. Honest and speedy repair and services. Highly recommend. Glad I found them and will continue to bring my family computers here even though I live and hour away. Excellent place. - Joe

Jeff was amazing with setting expectations of repair and time frame for solutions. He was able to help me with my $3k gaming computer with an issue I was unable to solve myself. I think gamers are sometimes wary of leaving their babies to computer shops, but Jeff was so professional and knowledgeable, he was able or get me up and running the same day! I hope I don't have to come back (ha!), but if the time comes, I will be using JWS again!

Jeff has helped with a couple of problems I've had. We replaced my (ahem) 10 yr old computer with a new one at a reasonable price. And when I had a virus he cleared them and gave me great advice. Any questions are answered promptly and he is great about sharing helpful information. Repairs are done very quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service, Jeff was super helpful and really nice. Any questions or problems I had were answered and fixed in rigorous fashion. The pricing was fair for the work requested and the return of the computer was much sooner than I expected. I wouldn't rate something five stars unless I genuinely thought it was a good service, and with JWS computers I believe that. Would 100% highly recommend.

Having lost my corporate backup, when my laptop died, I had no clue where to go. But Google Reviews matter and Jeff's are terrific, so I went to him. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable - what more could you ask? Highly recommend!
