We have purchased and sold single family homes, condos, townhouses, and multi-family units with him in Williamstown, Sewell, West Deptford, Sicklerville, and other locations in NJ. He even guided us through the 1031 exchange process so we could sell multiple investment properties at the same time and still take advantage of the 1031 exchange timelines, rules, and procedures. He has a wealth of real estate knowledge, great negotiation skills, and always accommodated our needs. We would highly recommend him to anyone that we know.

Greg always put our needs first, was upfront and honest, and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the area, how to look at a house, and always had time to take us to showings.
We ended up purchasing a single family home in Blackwood, NJ and we couldn't be happier. Greg continues to check in with us and is a great source for recommendations when it comes to outsourcing for our new needs as homeowners.

Greg’s knowledge, not only of the housing market, but even more, the area where we were looking to buy was first class. He was always available to answer any of our questions, was very flexible in arranging viewings and guided us through every step of the process. Heck, he still checks in with us months after closing!

Selling a parent’s house brings about challenges of its own but Greg was thorough with his explanations to help me understand the process. Lastly, because of Greg’s experience he was able to “read” the market which got us a sale well over asking price!

The store is well organized, clean and does carry all types of items. Food deals are good depending on what you're looking for. Most don't know that the store is here as it's hard to see from road. I know I didn't know of this location for years. I will be returning, and I do recommend this location for a quick in and out shopping trip. As we all know it is $1.25 now for each product Google update 2023
