John is a true professional and very responsive to all my insurance requests. Its been a long time since I last puchased a new vehicle and he guided me every step of the way. He even talked to the dealer on my behalf to ask questions about the car to make sure it was a quality purchase. John shows genuine care for all his clients and treats his staff with the utmost dignity and respect. I would absolutely recommend him.

I had a fender bender last Saturday and I didn't have my insurance card in my car. I called John and asked if he would take a picture of my card and send it to the person I tapped. He did so and also spoke to this person to assure him I was insured. What wonderful customer service even on a Saturday. He was so helpful to me. Always wonderful service!!!

I have been with John McDevitt for over 20 years. Never gave a second thought to changing. John periodically reviews my policies to make sure I am getting the best deal–and when adjustments need to be made, they make them. John is my usual contact but everyone there is always helpful when I call. I’ve even needed proof of insurance while traveling, trying to rent a car–one call to them and it’s emailed or texted instantly. They are the best!

I know State Farm is a big company, but when I’ve gone to his office, it feels like a warm and welcome one-on-one.
