Our kitchen has an unusual built-in banquette which we love. The seats were uncomfortable from loss of stuffing, and there were a couple of broken springs and supports, and the upholstery was long overdue for a fix. The service at JET was fantastic. Kelli sent me links to fabric suppliers to browse fabrics before I arrived, and helped me the day I brought the seats in for repair. She listened to what color schemes I was interested in and brought out fabric samples that matched my ideas. I was told "two weeks" for turnaround, and was called a little over a week, which was a pleasant surprise. The quality job and care the upholsters took is evident when you look at the piping and detail, the seats fit in perfectly, and they are comfy to sit on because they repaired the supports and added to their strength, and re-padded. Five stars! Anything else that needs upholstery around here is going to JET.
