(May 19, 2023, 7:40 pm)I've eaten from here for cheesesteaks three times (one being takeout) and we've been equally happy whether sit down or take home. I love the garlic bread cheesesteak. There's a good amount of steak with a delicious flavor. The french fries are plentiful and moderately crispy. We prefer the garlic bread roll over the pretzel roll because it's less soggy. So happy we found this establishment last year. Top notch cheesesteaks.

(April 12, 2023, 1:02 pm)Gluten-free Sandwich shop. Jay's steak and hogey joint was fabulous. They have a dedicated gluten free kitchen with extraordinarily knowledgeable staff. They even have a separate cook to keep everything separated and safe. We meet the owner and he was quite a character. It was a pleasure to eat here outside on their patio on such a beautiful day. If your passing through philadelphia and are hungry, Take the time get off the highway and stop and enjoy something delicious to eat. They do have traditional gluten full options.

(June 28, 2022, 8:37 am)For the best cheesesteaks and sandwiches in Bucks County, run on over to Jays! Gluten free? No problem! The best part - they pride themselves in offering GLUTEN FREE options to just about all of their menu options!
Jay’s is also in a mission to “Change the world one cheesesteak at a time.” Not only do they have fundraising nights, but they also make monthly food bank donations based on pretzel roll sales!
My recommendation:
The Nameless: Boneless buffalo garlic wings topped with bacon, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing on a cheddar pretzel roll! -

(June 21, 2022, 12:44 am)I was driving home from a trip and looked up well rated food on my route and it led me to this gem. I looked at other reviews and popular items and settled on the beer dip cheesesteak. It was phenomenal.
The caramelized onions, the well seasoned meat, the beer cheese, and of course the unique pretzel bun.
Different and definitely worth a try. I’m already planning on going back and exploring the rest of the menu.
