Jay came thru in a major way for me. I had been broke down for 2 weeks at the TA truck stop and they broke my fan hub. Jay came out the night before and didn't charge me to come back out the next day...spent the whole day getting me back up and running. No extra charge for goin to get the necessary parts that were miles away and only charged me for 6 out of 9 hrs. Highly recommended for anyone from my to VA in need of a mobile repair job of any kind. Very knowledgeable and really looks out for his customers

The plastic case for my car key broke off, and I didn't realise that the car would not start without it (there is a magnet inside which the car won't start without as a safety feature). I thought something more serious was wrong with the car. Jay knew what the issue was right away, fortunately, and started the car by using the broken case, which still had the functional magnet, and the key. It was a stupid mistake on my part, but this was much better than having the car towed, wasting a bunch of time, and potentially incurring greater expenses (all while my friends were visiting from across the country). Thank you for the help, Jay!

This is over a year late, but Jay, and his brother are the absolute dudes! This guy saved me when my alternator stopped working on the interstate and not a single garage was open in the area! Seriously appreciated his help so much. My insurance company couldn't help find a place, and I was going to spend the weekend stranded until I could get into a shop. This guy showed up in 30 minutes, took me to get the alternator and fixed it in less than an hour and I was on my way! Wish I could leave higher than 5 stars!
