The staff helped us look over all our options and helped us pick out the layout of the couch that would work best in our space, and fabric for the couch and pillows, plus extra fabric for our bay window bench. All of our questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. The price was a bit expensive but it was worth it to have the layout and fabric we wanted, plus the brand was one of great quality. This was around the time that Texas had the ice storm that destroyed many factories - one of which happened to be the main foam factory in the US. This delayed our delivery for about 6 months which sucked but the product was definitely worth the wait. The delivery went smoothly and we are about 1.5 years in to owning our couch and we love it.

(November 17, 2022, 7:31 pm)I love visiting this furniture store a few months ago I bought my sofa and now I'm back to buy a dining table to match the sofa and let me tell you guys I found the perfect dining room the salesperson in the store always very friendly and willing to work with your budget if your house needs a change a different touch without a doubt this is the place where you find everything and more for your home, ask for many he is the best!!!!

(October 30, 2022, 5:48 pm)I loved Jarons! Got my bedroom set from them in 2017 & just purchased my living room set. Cindy was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. When I had to call with a question, they were all very helpful & professional. Love the fact that you can make payments online, especially with these gas prices! Make sure you get the warranty it's worth it. It covered a crack in my dresser drawer, I thought they would just replace the drawer, they replaced the entire dresser. Made sure I got it for my living room set & it's for 5 years. Can't beat that!
*Update* Noticed a tiny hole in my sofa, so I called to get my warranty information, since I'd just gotten the sectional it was still under the manufacturer warranty. Marla ordered me a new cover with no problem and it came sooner than expected! Talk about another satisfying experience! -

Ms. Cindy was very attentive to what I was looking for to improve my updating of my Livingroom. She'd shown me the various options to fit the exact description of the theme that I was trying to accomplish. Ms. Cindy is very much a valuable asset to the Jarons company. And I wish her the best in her future endeavors.
