I went in there to ship a package to my cousin and i thought it was gunna be tricky to do but when I got there Dylan explained the process really well and dismissed any concerns I had and made sure I knew what was happening. This store has great customer service so I would recommend going here with any of your shipping needs.

I recently visited this location to return Fios equipment and the manager, Stanley, could not have been more helpful or friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct information attached to the return, and thoroughly explained the receipt and paperwork that he provided me with which confirmed the shipment and return of the equipment. While helping me, two more customers entered the store. Stanley greeted each new customer, and with great efficiency multi-tasked so that each customer was being taken care of quickly and promptly. It was evident that he cared about his patrons and wanted to provide the best customer service possible. Stanley far exceeded my expectations for great customer service. And an added benefit with this location's new management is that they now offer Sunday hours!

Always love dropping off shipments at this store. Gabe always gets the job done right and offers the best option for shipping that not only gets the package where it needs to be on time and gets me the best bang for my buck while doing so. Hands down favorite UPS store.
