My son goes for the PREP gym classes-BEST decision ever! The trainer's care and truly put forth effort in his classes. This gym is the best kept secret around. Prep is a Physician Referred Exercise Program. There's classes for adults also, so if you have arthritis, or need cardio or are a cancer survivor or other subjects you fall under, your MD can refer you and you get to attend a small group 2-3x weekly with a trainer plus all the classes that are therapeutic for you for only $50 per month! I would look into it, it's worth a try to the point I'm joining.

I unfortunately, have had to take advantage of PT several times in my adult life. I have to say, without a doubt, this is the best place I have gone. This a an extremely clean facility with the most caring physical therapist. They are knowledgeable & understanding. They don't push you to " overdue it" but certainly encourage that you can. I am so thankful Dr. Levinski recommended me to go here after a full hip replacement. Within 2 weeks I'm done with cane. With the exception if I'm going somewhere I'm unfamiliar with or just not feeling 💯 % up to par. Love, love, love this place and ALL their therapist ❤
