(April 2, 2023, 6:34 pm)Had a great experience. Timing was perfect. My date and I were walking towards our car and at the last minute decided to get some cookies. Walked in and the line was empty. We took out time and the staff was friendly. Within 5 minutes of walking in, there were 8 people inside waiting. Staff was friendly, patient and happy to help everyone.

(February 13, 2023, 1:14 am)This is the best store in the city! The staff and manager are super nice and friendly. I ordered a cookie cake and it was late coming out. The manager explained the issue, apologized and thanked us for waiting. Great customer service.

(February 7, 2023, 11:07 am)The cookies here taste so good. But the selection of what was kwfr was low. It was pretty late so I guess they sold out. It forced me to step out of my favorite ho to selections and try something different and I was not disappointed

Note there is not much in terms of seats,but pretzel park is right behind the store so you have a great place to relax and enjoy your treat.
