Great service, efficient communication and a truly was easy to get a Monitored Alarm System with lots of help and support to get the right product installed. We were provided excellent customer service; All responses were prompt and professional!!

For nearly half a century, Independent Alarm has protected me, my family, and our home. Growing up, I never realized the importance of having your home protected by an alarm company. We had an alarm and I took it for granted because I was a kid. Then I purchased my own home in my twenties and of course, the first thing I did was have Independent Alarm install their system. And here is the thing about Independent Alarm, they aren't just an alarm company, they become part of your family. They don't just look at you like you are another "sale of their system," they treat you like a family member they are working with and truly care about your safety. It is a family-owned business and since the time that my parents had their system installed, it has been passed down to the next generation. A lot of times when you find an alarm company changes hands, even in the case of the same family, things change. Well, I am here to say in the case of Independent Alarm, the service, and friendliness are still top-notch. I cannot fathom living in a home that is not protected by an alarm system monitored by anyone other than Independent Alarm!

Do not let their independent, family-owned status make you think they do not have the same capabilities and resources for protection as all of the other larger companies. You will form a relationship with this company and its staff, making you feel like you actually have people that care watching over you and your business. I made a transition from a larger company to independent alarm and I'll never go back. They are affordable and most importantly responsive. I contacted Independent Alarm via the website and within a few minutes they called. I requested information on an upgrade, which was immediately supplied. They scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. The service technician, Shawn, arrived on time and exhibited a very professional image and was very personable. He was very friendly and efficiently got the job done neatly and professionally. He represented Independent Alarm Company very well and should be commended, as he is a credit to your business. I have been an Independent Alarm Co. customer for over 20 years, and although I’ve never experienced any problems with my system or monitoring, I’ve made a couple upgrades. Every experience I’ve ever had has been nothing short of pleasant. This is a great, reliable company and I recommend them to everyone who will listen. Thank you!

All the people at Independent have always been so helpful and friendly. Whether it be for alarm monitoring or security of our business, the personal service that we received is second to none. They helped pick the right solution for us, installed it and were there for us if there was ever an issue. I would highly recommend Independent Alarm over and over.
