    I suffered a fall with a dislocation and fracture to my left elbow. The dislocation was quickly reset; however the effects of the fracture led to swelling and pain with any movement.
    Impact therapy worked with me and I have reached my expected level of recovery, able to use my left arm and elbow to do tasks of daily living easily.

    I went to Cole (&Jason) for Rotator Cuff Surgery physical therapy. It is very convenient to my work and they were great giving me appts right after work. Cole was great at getting my shoulder moving and giving me exercises to do at home. I feel like everyday it is getting better and that's because of a good Physical Therapist.

    I absolutely loved working with Dr. Cole while regaining strength and mobility after a shoulder injury. He and his team are very professional, super friendly, and very easy to work with when it came to scheduling. I can’t recommend Impact Physical Therapy enough!!!

    I came to Impact Physical Therapy to get help with a painful shoulder impingement that was impacting my active daily lifestyle. Cole and Jason were both great PTs, attentive at listening to the issue at hand and working to alleviate pain. They helped me achieve increased mobility and strength in my shoulder and arm, which I am grateful for! The practice is also conveniently located in my community, which was awesome to be able to work it into my busy schedule. I would highly recommend their physical therapy services!

    Completed 8 weeks of physical therapy with Dr. Cole for a fractured shoulder. The one-on-one with Dr Cole was extremely helpful. Office was clean, equipment new and up to date, and his office staff friendly and knowledgeable with all aspects of health insurance. I would recommend Impact PTR to anyone in need of therapy.
