Always a good experience at BREMS. Everyone is so nice and very professional. Appointment times are available quickly and wait times in the office are minimal. Highly recommend.
Everybody was extremely friendly. The doctors, the technicians, the receptionist. In the past, having a mammogram, I have had some very wonderful ladies take care of me, and just once a woman that was very rough and not so friendly. Just this passed time as I was there the technician that took care of me she was so friendly as gentle as she could be giving a mammogram. I hope she’s there next year when I go.
They scheduled my appointment for the same day that I called. I was in and out so quickly, but didn't feel rushed (pleasantly surprised). They answered all of my questions with knowledge, and gave me more info than I even thought to ask. Very efficient. The equipment was just what was needed to do the job without discomfort. I was very impressed. Would recommend to anyone in need of imaging.
So happy to review because it is so unusual for an experience to be pleasant start to finish! The reception coordinator is the sweetest most welcoming person- twice now! Brems is respectful of my time too- never a long wait to be seen. Technicians are professional and environment clean. Highly recommend!
