They were extremely accommodating with date changes for drop off and pick up as well as being able to log into your account and make these changes online. The touchless service was great with outlines details on how to prep for both delivery and pick up. Price was fair and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them. They made a stressful home reno project easy and helpful and one of the best decisions we made in using them. THANK YOU!!!

(November 8, 2022, 3:19 pm)Easy solution to move and gradually unpack over a month instead of needing to return a moving truck after 1 day. Our belongings were safe and secure in the POD while we packed and unpacked over time, making our move somewhat less stressful.

They were accommodating to changes that needed to be made. I was also pleased with the labor they recommended for loading the POD. I was also very happy about the level of communication- call with an hour heads up for all pickup/ delivery aspects.

(But do not use Pack and Load to pack the POD, terrible pack job and arrived a day late) -

(March 8, 2021, 7:00 pm)The POD was the best and easiest aspect of my renovation. It arrived on time, was carefully placed in my driveway by a knowledgeable, professional driver. It was picked up exactly on time by the same courteous, responsible driver. The POD was clean and easy to use. Rates were entirely reasonable. Communication was easy and prompt. I highly recommend PODS.
