This is one of the best personal training facilities I’ve ever been apart of. It’s hard to not sound like an Info-Commercial when your talking about Coach Cozart, because he’s just that good! Very knowledgeable and has the experience to back it up! Nobody wants to be coached by a guy that doesn’t practice what he preaches, and as you can see this man’s physic speaks for itself! If your looking to get in the best shape of your life and willing to put in the effort, then this is the place for you!

I always wanted to be in the best shape of my life. I’ve had ups and downs and could never surpass my limits, till I started training with Dorian. If your looking for a knowledgeable, down to earth trainer that will make the time, and work with you to accomplish your goals look no further. Since I started this fitness journey at HLSTL HRDR I’ve met some dope people and have started to see a world of a difference ! Highly recommend !!

This is gym is amazing. Coach Dorian really focuses on your goals. This place has a great atmosphere and it really pushes you no matter what level you’re on or what age you are. You definitely feel stronger leaving this place. I’ve been with this gym for months, almost a year, and I don’t have a single complaint. I’ve seen progress and coach pushes and challenges you to get right. I’m so thankful to find a gym that accommodates to my crazy schedule. Coach also provides nutrition plans, recommends great products. There’s also Saturday boot camp that is so fun and is a good start to the weekend.I don’t see myself leaving any time soon. I’ve been training with Dorian for 3 months and I am extremely impressed with his services. He is very knowledgeable and he understands what it takes to help you get the results that you are looking for. I am beyond satisfied with my results. I also started training my 8 year old son with Dorian and we saw results immediately. My son is stronger and faster than all the kids on his basketball team. Both my son and I really appreciate Dorian’s hard work and guidance with training. I highly recommend him.

I been With Coach Cozart for about 7 months now and when I tell you top tier service. This is where you want to be if you want to transform, extremely professional, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and many more that words can’t even explain! This gym literally changed my life for the better. Never been this fit in my life. Highly recommend!
