    This rating will change depending upon the response I ultimately get from this company. I ordered a part which I was promised I could return for full refund if it did not work. I returned the part and I did receive a full refund and am giving five stars!

    I can't recall ever going out of my way to post a review that was positive, but I feel compelled to do so in this case because the customer service was absolutely FANTASTIC. I called and spoke to two different individuals who were so knowledgable and actually compassionate about replacing my guitar, and I received a replacement in the most timely fashion. HIGHLY recommend working with them whenever possible!
