After my grandfather had some medical issues I reached out to Pat (just before Thanksgiving) and her team jumped right into action that weekend. We had previously worked with another company that was not reliable. But Pat assured me her staff would have my back. Every shift I needed covered was taken care of. Even her office staff stepped in to cover a shift when a caregiver was under the weather. Schedules were laid out to avoid confusion. Bi-monthly statements were clear and spelled out each caregivers hours. Pat and her staff gave me peace of mind allowing me to return to work knowing my grandfather was being cared for. I cannot thank Pat and her team enough for helping my family through this difficult time.

The administrative staff is very helpful and professional. Always able to handle any schedule changes. My mom's caregiver is the best. We used another agency for a brief time and found that the caregivers were very inattentive. Not the case now. Her caregiver Pam is like part of the family. She makes my mom feel so comfortable in a situation which can be awkward. She cooks and does laundry as well as grocery shopping, doctor appointments and hairdresser appointments. She's always willing to do whatever is needed. We have recommended HomeInstead to friends and will continue to do so.

The person is so thorough and considerate that the house has become a home. They are attentive to details, so much so, that I am very impressed. Organization of many of my objects has made life more livable. Everything is so clean and placed where it out to be found. I love their work! I also like the fact that they communicate and that they socialize a little, as they work. I live by myself, and I look forward to the days that they come.

A perfect match for the companion with my mom. I couldn't ask for more. She already feels like part of our family and my mom, who was hesitant to get an aide, loves her! Credit to the owner of the franchise who met with me and my mom and was able to understand the kind of person who would work best with her. I am more relieved than words can say!

In a recent health emergency, Home Instead was more than helpful and flexible in meeting our family's needs -arranging times and caregivers on such short notice.
