The manager is really nice. She always give you in time services and kind assistances. Every time when I have problems, they’d like to talk with me and help me to solve it. I lived here for half a year. It is a short time, but I do enjoy living here but because of work and I have to leave.

Overall, the community service and maintenance are good and in time. The place is generally quite. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Nice place to live. Wish to have chance to live here again. 🤪😜

EDIT: This review was posted 4 years ago and was when Sara Donner (sp?) was the manager of the complex. Since then it seems that management has changed and does not effect the same quality, according to other reviews. Regardless, since this review was posted I was subjected to an eviction due to financial problems that I could not recover from. Despite the eviction I very much enjoyed my time living in this apartment.

I've been living here for almost three years. Not once have I ever felt like "just another tenant" during my entire time. The management has shown and expressed genuine care and has been extremely accommodating. The apartments themselves wouldn't necessarily be likened to a fancy suite in a 5-Star Hotel, but they serve their function as well as they should. The one I've been in has been my first experience in leasing my own apartment, and I've enjoyed it. Not too much noise, even from my upstairs neighbor. The walls aren't very thick, but I don't mind that. You're renting an apartment, you really should expect noise.

All in all, the rent has been very reasonable, I have all of the conveniences I need, and I don't have a single complaint. This place has been wonderful to live in. The only problem that I really have is when the heating unit is running - or if it even is the heating unit. There's this heavy grinding noise in between the walls that take place periodically over the winter. I've gotten used to it, and I'm not sure if it's the same across the entire complex, but just be aware of this.

So here is the deal. The last manager up and left and put my husband and myself in a bind when we were trying to move in. Do you know how hard it is to move in when they can't find your money or the property manager? The new management is trying their best to pick up a crazy situation and I give them credit for doing what they can. Right after the previous left furniture was stacked high next to the dumpsters as residents treated the lawn as their personal trash sight. Those who smoke, (have a balcony next to patio) have covered the ground with their butts. People are getting fussy because someone is in place who is being to the letter with the lease. And that is fine by me. Why? Because we all signed it.

I like living here. Yes I can here the people below and above, but with just a quick word they have settled down. College students aren't living here its families and adults. Coming from a college town and dorms it could be far worse than it is. And, if you are having noise problems follow the proper procedure to deal with it. Our lease makes it clear that we have a right at all times to peace, so document report and learn your tenant rights as stated by the state of PA.

Having just moved in I really look forward to the improvements to this location and I appreciate the candid take the new property manager is taking at this instance.

**Please keep in mind when viewing reviews from January of 2019, we did just receive a stern, and correcting letter from management regarding the previous state of the property.**
