We have been moved in as a tenant for a little over a month now… recently someone in management contacted me to let me know the reason for the delay in our shed arriving (due to the foundation in the ground and weather) but that it was available and ready for install as soon as the ground was ready… I was very appreciative for this update. I then explained that there still were repairs that needed to be addressed from the previous tenant, but that I was responsible for the delay in communicating these repairs to them bc of my work schedule, and how I wanted to inform them of all the repairs we notice in one email so if possible they would all be addressed at once… the lady I spoke w was very understanding about it and instructed me that as soon as those repairs were communicated to them, they would come out and repair them. Although I am still waiting for one repair that they were aware of, I’m sure that they are waiting for my communication of the remaining repairs and will address all of them at once. So far, again, have had a wonderful experience w Hereford’s Management. Everyone I’ve been in contact w were excellent w their service and communication w everything… the development and neighbors are all very kind and it is a very comfortable area to live… thank you.

Currently leasing a house in the MountainTop Village. Community is nice and quiet, all systems in the house work great. Maintenance was iffy at first but I am seeing big improvements on that end.
