This place is great! They have excellent service and was very helpful with me since I don't know about cars. I got my inspection and they showed me what was wrong instead of taking advantage of me and over charging because I am a woman like most places do. I definitely recommend this auto shop they do right by your car.

The representative that assisted me with the entire process was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & professional . I was informed of updates throughout the entire process . They took care of working with the insurance company for costs of the repairs . Once my vehicle was ready I was extremely satisfied with the results, my car looked brand new ! They even made it super convenient to leave my rental with them .

The guys at Heilmans are always professional, thorough, and transparent! I always recommend them to family and friends.

My vehicle was hit by a deer and I needed a quality and trusted Autobody Shop with quality paint to fix my car; the deer hit damaged the entire side of my car. I visited Delaware Cadillac and their staff was professional and courteous. I was kept informed and when my vehicle was ready, I was a bit apprehensive, but much to my surprise, I could not even tell where my vehicle was repaired!! Amazing job and very appreciative of their staff! Thank you Ryan, Tony, Brenda! Really appreciate all the help and extra communication!

Delaware Cadillac Body Shop is awesome!
They were able to restore my headlight lens covers. The lens covers had cloudiness, caused by ultraviolet radiation (sun damage).
My lens covers were in bad shape.
I drove 2 hours, after seeing the results of a relatives car (their lens covers looked brand new, after Delaware Cadillac Body Shop worked on them).
Ed Blanco was my service advisor. He was very professional! He fit me into the schedule, so that I could get my car in a few hours. Thanks to Ed,, if I have any other problems, for which they provide service, I will definitely return to Delaware Cadillac Body Shop.

I took my car to them to repair damage done to front and rear passenger doors. The entire experience was excellent. Very efficient drop off of my vehicle; phone updates during the repairs; early completion of the repair work; etc. Most importantly was the quality of their work which was outstanding. My Mercedes Benz looked like a new car and one that had never been involved in an accident. I highly recommend DE Cadillac Body shop.

I called the day of and was able to get an appointment to repair my headlight in less than 2 hours. Upon my arrival I was greeted by two gentleman at the counter who were well-mannered, friendly and polite. They informed me they did not have my part in stock and let me know it would be about a 30 minute wait while they waited for it to be brought over. 40 minutes later I had paid and was out the door, this was the BEST, most efficient service I have ever received from an auto body shop! I am incredibly pleased with their prompt, and professional service. I HIGHLY recommend Heilman’s Autobody shop, they are fantastic!

When it comes to service, Heilman Auto provided me with more respect than I could've asked for.

Being a young adult, many people try to bully you into buying something unnecessary. I went to a local competitor for a state inspection a few weeks prior, the environment felt somewhat hostile. The employee at this other company was agitated and acting as if his poor workday/mood was my fault. Once I fixed the issue and returned to that companies facility to have my car re-inspected. The employee treated my with no respect and anger because I had work done on my car by another shop. Instead of giving them my business I looked elsewhere. Luckily for me Heilman was still open.

Every single staff member at Heilman provided me with respect and fairness. They were understanding of my situation and provided me with the best option to have my car inspected the following morning, allowing me to ease the stress provided from the previous shop I went to. I highly recommend working with these guys, they are honest and will continue to earn my business. Thank you for the help!

Great personalized service. Very detailed, professional and friendly. Chris provided wonderful service to me keeping in contact and she reached out with other details of my vehicle that I didn't know about and was not provided when I bought my car and received the car fax report. Loved the opportunity given to me to perform "fix/buff" other work while having my car, great option that I did take advantage of and price offered was very reasonable too. I definately recommend this shop. I will be back myself for anything I may need in the future. Thank you
