Harmony Bay Psychiatry, Therapy, and Mental Healthcare

I asked for the medical release form to transfer to another facility for TMS. I attended 22 sessions even though it is a 1 hour and 30 minute ride to the facility and back. However, I am so forever grateful. I thank the whole staff. They really are wonderful. Their patients are their number 1 priority and they always try to make something work for their patients. The only thing that could use improvement is the transportation department, Victory Bay Recovery Center. Sometimes they send the links late or not at all. But, Shane Cole, the client care coordinator always made sure I got those links when I would notify him. He made this happen for me and the psychiatrists also make this happen for you. Very attentive and they really care about their patients. Insurance coverage and all. Ty so much for making this happen for me when I had doubts that it wouldn't be possible to get this treatment 🙏 I am forever grateful. It just takes energy out of me to get here is all. Overall, this is very good service and I would recommend it to anyone.

I utilize their virtual appointments and so far the experience has been great. You go through an initial screening and they place you with a Dr. that most fits your specific needs.

I've had a great experience with my assigned psychiatrist & therapist so far. Since being a patient, changes and improvements with my daily life have been subtle but noticeable so I feel that treatment here has helped.

The only downsides are that it's sometimes difficult to get a hold of some departments over the phone and it can be a bit expensive even with insurance for some people. I pay $128 per therapy appointment with insurance.

I’m really grateful for finding a practice like Harmony Bay. The admin staff is really kind and make me feel taken care of; kind of wish I could go into the office. My therapist is the best therapist I’ve ever had, and I feel pretty confident that the person doing my medication management has my best interest in mind. I really hope neither of them leaves the practice as I’ve had that happen in other places. Scheduling is easy and the Mend platform used for visits is pretty good. Would recommend.

I am very new to talk therapy (only 3 sessions in my adult life), but have had a great experience both with quick turn around from the office setting up my intake appointment to actually getting scheduled into bi-monthly appointments with my therapist. As a medical student, my schedule doesn’t allow for too much free time so the virtual platform for sessions is exactly what I need. I also feel sessions aren’t too expensive given my insurance provided through my school. Definitely recommend Harmony Bay Wellness even if you’ve never tried therapy before!
