Alex Krishtul, the owner of Hands and Mind Spa, is amazing; he continually gives the best massages I've ever had. From the top of my head down to the bottom of my feet, Alex manipulates and massages all the stress from my body and I leave each session feeling completely relaxed and totally rejuenated. Recently I was working in my garden with heavy bags of mulch and I managed to put my back out. Four days later at my next scheduled massage and still in a lot of pain I explained my problem to Alex and he went to work, focusing on my lower back in an effort to realign it and relieve the pain.
