Haddonview Apartments

I started my process with Haddonview in July 2022 as I was relocating from Atlanta and decided to start my research early even though my plans weren’t to move until the end of the year. I spoke to both Marie and Judy who were amazing and provided me with all the information I needed, and I knew right away I wanted to live here. They advised that they would let me know closer to the time about units that came available. I went to visit the property September 2022 and loved it! I saw several units some in the process of being renovated. The property did not disappoint, and it was great to meet Marie and Judy in person! My plans changed and I wasn’t going to be able to move until the first of the year. Marie and Judy 100% had my back and secured me the most beautifully renovated apartment! They kept me posted throughout the renovation process and even asked about my preferences and sent me pics! Talk about going above and beyond! Well.. when I arrived and actually saw it in person, I felt like I was on an episode of HGTV for the big reveal! It WAY exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful with an amazing view! I could not be happier! It is also important to mention that the other staff who work at the property the cleaning people the door people, all super nice. I feel very lucky to have found Haddonview!

I loved living here. I started in an efficiency in the east building and moved into a two bedroom in the north building a year later when I remarried. The staff at the door, porters, maintenance and repair workers were always pleasant. I spent ten years here and raised two boys here. Most of the residents are friendly and the older residents always doted on my kids. Repairs were made quickly and if I had an issue, it was solved quickly by speaking with the property manager Judy. Highly recommended!

Such a hidden gem! This apartment complex is located conveniently near everything. Many shops and restaurants are a walking distance away. The views are breath taking as well.

I'm back again and loving it even more. It's a great property in a GREAT location, and has gotten even better since the first time I lived here 11 (!) years ago. Keep up the enhancements and the stellar service, HV! The units are cool, the variations and renovations are even greater this time... and overall it's just a pleasant experience and nestled in towers that are like NO others in the area. My only complaint is that pool season is over, LOL. Honestly - great address, great amenities, great place to call HOME.
