I was so impressed with David Bruce and the tech that was training with him! They did an incredible job with my re-service. After several other technicians came and did not get the job done properly they did no were super thorough. I wish he could be the person to come every time. If all the techs were like David this company would probably be number 1 in this area.

When I called, the representative Seth I believed answered and was very kind and informative. He answered all my questions and got me set up with an appointment quickly.
Karl was the technician that came to our home. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He walked around my entire home, inside and out, and explained and showed me the areas of concern. He addressed all the issues I had.
Knowing the company uses safe products for the environment means a lot to me. I also appreciate that they will come back our at no additional charge if pests return. I am hoping to not have that problem however.
I have only had one treatment a few days ago so can't yet comment on how well it will work, but so far I am pleased with my decision to use Greenix.

Dennis came out and did a good job with the initial plan treatment, concentrating on an ant problem that I had noticed. He called and asked if he could come a little earlier than the appointment time, which was a good thing. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Phil was great! He made me and my little one feel safe with the company’s organic & green products. He reassured me that we’ll get these pests taken care of and that he’ll send someone out upon our request if these pests return. I’m very pleased. Thanks, Phil!

David B. Is a great tech! He is communicative and very prompt. He takes time to explain the issues of intrusion and is very reassuring that the bugs will be defeated!
