After coming into the office to an overflown Toilet, Goods came out within hours and had the problem solved quickly. Lee was our service technician and had the toilet quickly and explained some signs to look out for in the future.

We had a pipe break on Christmas eve in the clubhouse basement. Good Plumbing responded immediately to our call. The technician, Kevin, was extremely nice by contacting me throughout the night to let me know where he was on his schedule. He arrived at 9:30 p.m. on Christmas eve, fixed the pipe, and promptly reported back to me. He was so pleasant. I could not believe how nice he was due to the fact he was working on Christmas eve. Thank you, Kevin!!!

Everything about the experience was professional from scheduling to completing the job. I needed a sewer inspection (With video) done so I could sell my house.

The Short of it is that Chris, the Good tech, went above and well beyond to get the video that another company failed to complete. Chris was professional, courteous, honest and very efficient at getting the job completed. Chris was genuinely happy to help! Chris is the kind of guy that shows up, working for a professional business, but interacts with you more like a friend doing the job as a favor! Even the front office staff was amazingly helpful and polite at Good. Highly recommended for the sewer inspection process!

My realtor originally had another company come out for the inspection and I have since told my realtor to update his contacts to include Good as a much better source when recommending a company for a sewer inspection (The other company was terrible - Zoom Drain).

The Long of it is that after a terrible experience with Zoom Drain, (There's a negative review for Zoom Drain) I called Good in an attempt to schedule an appointment in short order. With settlement only a few days out, Good front office staff put me on hold and checked if there was any way they could rearrange the schedule to get me in for the person I requested (Doug, Based on a reference) but unfortunately there was no way it could be done. They had another tech, Chris, that was able to be onsite in a time frame that worked for me, so we scheduled it. Chris ended up on an emergency call in the early hours of the morning that ran a little late, but he was professional and called to let me know that he would be running late - very courteous. Once on site, Chris went right to work. I needed a video inspection of the line running to the house and the line running to the sewer main under the street. Zoom Drain failed to get the video part to the street and recommended water jetting the line at an additional $739 for a job they were already charging me $700 to complete (See their negative review). Good charged $84 per hour, but does not offer water jetting, I took the chance anyway. Chris was able to get the entire job completed, without water jetting, as well as assisting with another small piece of work that was required for the sewer inspection (Raising the clean out above grade) in less time than it took Zoom Drain to even find the right hole to look in. With everything Chris got done, as well as Good charging me for the parts Chris gave me to raise the vent above grade, the bill was still less than half of what Zoom Drain wanted to charge and Zoom Drain never even completed the job - again, see the personalized Zoom Drain review over there. To say the least, I am not happy with Zoom Drain and I would recommend that no one use Doom Drain. Good on the other hand, I am very happy with the entire overall process. My realtor originally used Zoom Drain and I have also since had the realtor update his contacts to use Good instead. Well done, thank you. I would highly recommend Good for any sewer inspection jobs.
