Giant Robo Printing does great work! As a marketing manager for my company, I often have last minute requests from our sales team to have specialized items made with our company logo. Thankfully, Robo Printing accommodates my last minute orders and gets them done in time for our events.

I had an urgent very small order. Many places just plainly rejected me and didn't want to deal with a small fish with many provisions. BUT the GIANTROBOT took everything in consideration, produced an amazing product in a shorter time, than their typical.

Giant Robo Printing will be my go to for any laser etching or sans blasting needs moving forward.

I was looking for a custom piece as a gift and the standard etching shops just didn’t have what I needed.

I emailed them and they came up with a custom design, the plaque I was looking for and an awesome concept.

Their response time is lighting if fast, they followed up on all communications timely, which I greatly appreciated.

We even had a minor issue with lost hardware. They assured me all the pieces were in the box and even sent me a picture of what the hardware looked like to help locate it. I had the recipients check and there it was!

Brian was great, he was able to create the design I wanted which included my family's crest and a name on each glass. He responded quickly when I had any questions. The final product looks great!

Unfortunately, the first set of glasses had the family name spelled wrong, when I looked at the proof I missed it. When I contacted Brian he apologized and sent out another set of glasses and never requested any kind of payment, even though I offered. Best customer service I have seen in a long time.

I highly recommend this company, they can pretty much make any design you want, the quality of the glass is excellent. They ship everything very careful so no broken pieces!

Could not be happier with our shirts from Giant Robo Printing! Family trip to Canada to celebrate a birthday and share some much needed time together. We wanted a keepsake beyond our wonderful memories and pictures and these shirts fit the bill! They worked with us on design and allowed some of us to get short sleeve and some to get long sleeve. Super accommodating! They completed the job earlier than stated. I will be using them again!
