Very thorough with very quick response time to inquires, fair prices, superior expertise in electrical field, gave guidance and recommendations also accommodated a tight deadline. Our heat pump wasn't switching over to auxiliary when we had that cold spell. Zach was our repair guy. He did an outstanding job. Not only fixing the issue, but explaining the system to us and what to do if it happens again. He certainly deserves 5 stars for his knowledge and also for his professionalism. Definitely will use this service in the future.

Had an issue with our heat pump after hours on December 23rd (one of the coldest days in 20 years) Gerhinger came out that evening and even though they didn’t have the part on hand, the service tech was able to “McGuyver” a solution until they can get the part after the holiday. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Can’t thank the gentleman enough. Will definitely recommend you guys in the future.

I've used them multiple times, once for a mini split, once for LED light install in garage, and also for some maintenance on the boiler, and they were great, definitely recommend. The only pain point (and the reason for four stars) was getting the mini split quoted - it took weeks of calling and emails until I finally got the qoute when the guy quoting said he would get it to me 'the next day', kinda frustrating.
