Could not rave more about Garnet Mine...we did a complete kitchen renovation and it turned out perfect! They were here every day and we’re so respectful to our family as we were working and teaching our kids at home since it was during the COVID 19 world and had to deal with 2 little girls talking their ears off and checking on them!!! 😂

Chris of Garnet Mine Construction was excellent. He kept us informed every step of the way including calling us from the Historic District Board meeting he attended to let us know how it went. His work went beyond our expectations and his craftsmanship on our custom porch railing was amazing! Very complicated design and he worked it out perfectly. He always left the work area clean at the end of the day and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the progress. I would recommend Garnet Mine Construction to anyone looking for a hardworking, conscientious contractor.

My realtor recommended Garnet Mine Construction to evaluate the roof after a leak on my rental property in another state. The company did a temporary repair on the leak and replaced the whole roof in the next few weeks at a very reasonable price and while staying in constant contact with me. My tenants are very happy with the work, and I am thrilled to find a competent, honest company to take care of my property. This isn't an easy thing to find when you are a landlord and not handy yourself!
