(June 6, 2023, 11:29 am)After reading all the negative reviews I was a little bit scared to deal with the Social Security office and was ready for the worse scenarios😅 But people in this office are so great! I waited for my turn for 10 minutes maximum (I drove on Monday morning), and the employee who helped me was very kind and friendly. He did everything very fast and also answered all my questions, and explained everything to me. Hopefully getting my new SSN in 7-10 business days.

(February 7, 2023, 11:31 am)I spoke with Mike in the Fairless Hills Location. What an absolute pleasure. I was on hold for only 15 minutes. He was patient, kind and very very helpful!
When trying to reach the main SSI office I was on hold for over an hour and a half. My special needs son could not remember my maiden name. The rep would not help us at ALL. -

(December 1, 2022, 11:43 am)Just so you know Social security moved to the other side of building, It's on the end. When you enter you must fill out info and you get a ticket be seated and they call you based on what you need. If you have an appointment doesn't matter, you still need to sign into the kiosk and get a ticket. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. DON'T FORGET YOU MUST WEAR A MASK but they also provide masks at the door.

(October 27, 2022, 11:27 am)My wife and I first went to the office in August of this year to ask about applying for SS and spousal benefits. The representative we spoke to was polite and informative, and, as it was too soon for us to apply, proactively asked to schedule a phone appointment for October. On the day of the call, the representative called right on time, guided both of us through our applications, and provided an immediate estimate of the benefits. He was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Finally, today, I called the SS office to ask a question about the benefit confirmation. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and able to immediately answer my question. Overall, an excellent experience with the Social Security Admin, and specifically, the Fairless Hills office.
