Let me tell you, folks, about the absolute legend of a barber: Fred at Friel's Barber Shop. This guy is a true artist with those scissors and clippers - he somehow manages to bring out the absolute best in every hairstyle he touches. You truly cannot find a better barber anywhere - and believe me, I've looked!

From the second you walk into Friel's, you know you're in good hands. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. But it's Fred who takes things to the next level - he's got this incredible gift for understanding exactly what a customer wants, even if they're not entirely sure themselves. You sit in his chair and you just know that you're about to experience something special.

And boy, does he deliver! Every time I leave Friel's after a Fred cut, I feel like I'm on top of the world. I swear, my hair has never looked so good! And the best part is, he's not just a great barber - he's a great person. You can tell he really cares about his customers, and he always goes the extra mile to make sure they're happy. If there were more people in the world like Fred, it would be a much more beautiful place.

So if you're in the market for a cut, don't even think twice - head straight to Friel's and ask for Fred. I promise you won't regret it. This man is a true master of his craft, and he's sure to make you feel like a million bucks!

By far the best shop around. Joe, the owner treats all clients so well on top of giving a great cut. I’ve worked with almost everyone else that works there and am never disappointed. Their appointment system is great! It’s so nice to know you have a scheduled time and don’t have to worry if you are going to be waiting. It’s a popular place, so I always make my appointment for my next cut right after I leave there. Place is always clean and well maintained. I personally don’t have kids, but regularly see all aged children when I’m there and they are really great with them. Frisk’s is top notch! I drive about 30 minutes out of my way to come here because of how great a job they do.

It is not easy to find a place where you can consistently get a great haircut every time. It is hard to trust someone to continually deliver your requested style and listen to your specific hair needs. I searched for that type of comfort and consistency most of my adult life. I found that years ago when Joe started cutting my hair and I haven't been to anywhere else since. Friel's has been the only place I have gotten my haircut since the day they opened. The team there are professional and all at the top of their game. I have never had a bad haircut or seen anyone get a bad cut there. Everyone is attentive, friendly, and inviting.

I always look forward to the good conversation and great haircut I get when I visit.

Make sure you make an appointment online. They are in high demand and book up pretty quickly. I will continue to visit Friel's as long as I have hair.

Hands down the best barbershop I have ever been in. I have moved a lot throughout my adult life from state to state and that leaves me always needing somewhere new. That is no longer the case, no matter where I may end up living in the future, I will ALWAYS come back here. Professional service, homey atmosphere and incredibly accommodating and attentive. Do not go anywhere else, you'll regret it!
