(March 25, 2023, 6:51 pm)We purchased a new Winnebago 2108TB at the Oaks RV show recently. The entire purchase experience with salesman Mark Phillips was friendly & pleasurable since Mark actually camps. We also picked up some safety tips frm him about towing & hitching up. Eric, Fretz GM, had a Winnebago Rep at the show, which was pretty special, so between the Rep & Mark we were able to get all our questions answered! Upon picking our trailer, we celebrated our purchase with Mark at his desk by him sharing his homemade smoked cheese. We especially appreciate his knowledge shared during the orientation.
While there were a few minor items to address, Rachel at Fretz Service is always responsive & gives matters her personal attention. We've dealt with her for years and she always provides valuable service with her professional team. -

(November 21, 2022, 2:18 pm)Our salesman, Rick, was fantastic. Made the effort to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The only downfall is the service department is very slow to get back to you. Once we were there Pete was very friendly and kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. Overall I would highly recommend Frets RV.

(August 29, 2022, 1:16 pm)After some ups and downs we got our camper. George was amazing and went above a beyond. We are so happy with the RV. Had a great time in it over the weekend. Everyone in their little store was so helpful and extremely informative. When we are ready to upgrade we will definitely be using Fretz RV. Thank you for the future memories we will have .

Your professionalism and flexibility with my timing of my house closing was above and beyond.
The guys down in the store were great and full of fantastic information.
At no point did I feel pressured in any way shape or form. That means a lot coming from a sales person.
I did recently hear of the passing of one of your co-workers and and my condolences go out to your work family.
You have a customer for life and I will see you soon to winterize the LoneStar...it is what my kids named her. LOL
