Very professional and easy to work with.
Answered all questions and were very helpful when needed. They were very neat and cleaned up the area every day.
I can't say enough good about this company, especially Jim, who went beyond
his normal duties. This was a major job, from getting a gas insert to having the chimney literally rebuilt, expensive, but I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service. The finished job is beautiful. Thank you FCPros. I would give you more stars if available. Thank you. -

(February 3, 2023, 11:30 am)I scheduled a level 2 chimney inspection after the purchase of a home. From scheduling with Trish, then having Josh come out and perform the inspection it was a fantastic experience. Josh did a wonderful job. He came out on a day that was 20° with a wind chill of about 10° and he got everything done that was needed. He took exceptional care in maneuvering on our vinyl roof and answered all questions. You cannot go wrong with Fireplace & Chimney Pros - service was amazing. We will be scheduling with them to add a liner to our chimney at a great price.

Saves me thousands on heating oil bills! I hire them every year to make sure all is safe, and they show up on time-every time. Very professional and knowledgeable team and reasonably priced.

We felt very comfortable and confident with Ryan's assessment of the situation, his willingness to speak to HVAC company about the furnace, and the work that he completed. We appreciated the report and before and after pictures and their honest assessment. The follow up the next day was also a pleasure. The text messages and email updates were great. All in all, a very professional company that left me confident my family is safe.
