Very well-kept and clean landscape, spacious apartments with parks, open spaces and pool. Overall a nice community to live in

Wonderful place to live. Very friendly service, responsive, and competitive price. Carpet was new and nice when I moved in, and a good location (Near Lily Sushi, Allentown Farmers Market, and a few bars on the west end). Also the walls are thick, so you won’t hear your neighbors in their apartments.

Overall I’d recommend living here.

Penn Crest was where I called home for 6 years. I was provided a very comfortable living experience that outlasted a marriage and most of a pandemic.

I am grateful for the quality of life I was fortunate enough to enjoy thanks to the management team. In the rare occasion I had a maintenance issue, Luis and his team were quick to resolve them in a timely manner.

We lived at Penn Crest for two years and loved it! The minute we walked onto the property, we knew it was home. On the way to meet Ellen, we saw they had a beautiful in ground pool and a playground. As we toured the apartment and grounds, we saw how the landscaping was well kept as well as the entrances to the apartments. We were well taken care of here. We saw how they cared for their people by making sure it was beautiful, clean, and safe. Throughout the year, we would get updates about new security measures they would take to keep our community safe. Also, their matinenance crew was awesome! Luis and the team work round the clock taking care of needs. Whenever there was an emergency, the guys were quick to respond. The things our family loved most about Penn Crest were the neighbors we had, the closet space (AMAZING), and a safe area to go on family walks. Our girls loved playing in the grassy areas. It was a wonderful place to call home. We recommend it to anyone we know looking for a place.

Our Penn Crest apartment home has been wonderful-so wonderful that we stayed for almost 10 years! The staff is very friendly and responds to any issues or problems quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is also incredible-they always answer a call and take care of whatever needs to be done with a smile. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and the grounds were always very well maintained. And the pool in the summer was just perfect! While we having decided to purchase a home, we will definitely miss Penn Crest.
